studio policy & guidelines
cancellations & missed classes
All classes are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else—just let us know.
private & special events
A minimum of 8 participants is required for all private or special events. If you require a booking for less than 8 or more than 12 participants, please get in touch and we will try and acommodate your group.
studio environment
To help maintain a quiet and focused atmosphere, all participants must be 16 years of age or older. We kindly ask that everyone keeps noise levels low to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable space for all.
materials
To help protect our kiln and maintain the quality of our work, we kindly ask that only studio-provided clay be used. We provide an unlimited amount of clay; however, we ask that any unused clay be left in the studio.
labeling
Please use the Post-It provided notes to label all your work with the date and your full name. This helps us keep everything organized and ensures your pieces are easily identifiable for pickup.
about your work
Pottery is both an art and a science—and sometimes, a little unpredictable. While we take great care in handling every piece, breakages can occasionally occur during firing due to the high temperature. If a piece doesn’t make it through or is missing at pickup, please know this is a rare, yet natural part of working with clay. We truly appreciate your understanding and are always here to answer any questions or concerns.
photography & privacy
From time to time, we may take photos during classes or workshops to share on our website or social media. We’re mindful of your privacy and will never use your image alongside personal information—or for any other purpose—without your permission.
Upon arrival, all guests will be required to sign a waiver to confirm their full understanding of these terms and conditions. We appreciate your cooperation!
