Handbuilding is one of the oldest forms of human expression, and in this 2 1/2 hour session you'll work the way potters have for thousands of years, shaping a matcha bowl and two cup set through nothing but touch, patience and intention.
Studio Ceramica will fire and glaze your completed set in a food-safe matte white glaze that lets the quiet texture of the clay speak for itself.
We keep these sessions intentionally small, with clay portioned out ahead of time so you can arrive and give yourself fully to the process. Please note the last 15 minutes are dedicated to identifying your pieces and studio reset.
Your pottery will be ready for pickup in approximately four weeks.
